Residensi Wilayah Keluarga Malaysia, formerly known as RUMAWIP, is an affordable housing program that provides more comfortable, high-quality and affordable housing for Wilayah Persekutuan citizens.
All Rumawip Projects are priced at RM300K net. Between 800sf-900sf with condos that have facilities.
Each applicant can only choose one project. My First Home Scheme (SRP) is available for those who do not yet own their first home (Subject to T & C).

2. 21 years old and above.
3. No property in Kuala Lumpur.
4. Stay / Work in Kuala Lumpur.
5. Monthly income is not more than RM10,000 (Single) , RM15,000 (Married)
